At The Voyage Collection™, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and included items are returned with the product.
  • The product is not damaged or altered in any way.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any shipping costs incurred by The Voyage Collection™.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival,
  • Defective,
  • Incorrectly supplied,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

Once verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item,
  • Repair the item where applicable,
  • Issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty products
  • Heated or warming products once opened
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Include original packaging and accessories.
  • Not show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.

The Voyage Collection™ reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.


7. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.


8. Inspection & Verification

To protect both our customers and our business, all returned items undergo inspection upon receipt.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will only be approved once the returned product has been assessed and verified.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where applicable.


11. Right To Refuse Returns

The Voyage Collection™ reserves the right to refuse returns where products have:

  • Been used beyond reasonable inspection.
  • Been damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Been modified or altered in any way.
  • Been returned without their original packaging or included accessories.
  • Been returned outside of the applicable return period.
