At The Voyage Collection™, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Provider
We use Aramex Store to Door for the delivery of orders throughout South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

The Voyage Collection™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
The Voyage Collection™ shall not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
While we will do our best to help resolve delivery issues, The Voyage Collection™ is not liable for delays caused by courier operations outside of our control.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photographs of the damaged item

Photographs of the packaging
We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.
